Over the last 15 years my experience as a communications professional has included employment as a journalist, government information officer and freelance writing for radio, books, magazines and newspapers. Most of my writing is rooted in the outdoors, be it news, features, public relations, columns, commentary or humour.

Today, the outdoors continues to bind my writing and photography. As a Field Editor for Ontario OUT OF DOORS Magazine and regular contributor to daily newspapers like The Sault Star and The Chronicle Journal I write features that vary from freshwater angling to winter camping.
